Peter Petropoulos, founder of Petropoulos & Rapos (now Rapos Law), was called to the bar in 1957 along with some very distinguished classmates that included: Rodney Hull, Rudy Bratty, and Brian Hornsby.
Peter Petropoulos is highly respected by other lawyers and has been called a “Lawyer’s lawyer” by his numerous colleagues over the years. Peter developed a very successful general practise and in his later years was counsel to Lester Davies and James Tackaberry.
In 1998, he entered into partnership with Jamie Rapos with the intention of mentoring Jamie and “passing on the torch” and slowly winding down his own very active career in Estates Law, Real Estate and Corporate Law. He passed on his knowledge, his many years of experience, and his care and compassion for his clients to Jamie who continues to practice with reference to Peter’s mentoring.
His love of the practise was evident to all those clients who took his good counsel over the more than 45 years of his active practise and due to his desire to keep advising he only recently officially retired and still regularly checks in with the office to see how his old clients are doing.
